E&F Towing took my truck out of a deep ditch (after I hit black ice and lost control). When I called to find out how to get some things (like my purse) they were polite, professional and sympathetic. When I did make it down, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. The tow truck driver helped me get my things and told me about things I hadn't noticed. They are awesome!
They were awesome. Roads were horrible and we slid off with a flatbed trailer. Called them, knew they had to be busy, yet they said 20-30 minutes and it was!
What an amazing group of people. I cannot write enough to say good things about this company and it's employees. Everyone of the employees are very compassionate, concerned, and most of all caring. I wrecked my van around midnight. So, for obvious reasons I was looking for a towing company and looking at their Google reviews and rating, I was very sceptical. Once they have came in contact with me, they were beyond professional. Greg, who towed the van, made sure I got in my hotel before he left. Nina, office secretary, was super nice and very patience. The owner was also very accommodating and understood my situation. Please do not hesitate to contact these guys. I am certain they will go above and beyond to help you.
These guys are all around amazing! The driver got to us quickly when we were stranded 30 miles outside Casper, and helped us get a cheap room where we could stay for the night. The really terrific experience though was with the girl in the office. I don't live in Wyoming so trying to get everything taken care of and get the rest of my stuff out of my car normally would have been a nightmare, but she made everything simple and really saved me from losing all my stuff. I appreciate all that they do and would recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.
Just came home from E&F. They pulled my Nissan and a trailer up a 30 ft. down steep bank, the trailer had flipped. The first question fro the drivers was did anyone get hurt. Then they went to work and did a wonderful job. They took their time caused no extra damage and got the job done. I am a very satisfied customer.
This company is amazing! A friend of mine broke down outside of Casper in my pickup. He called E & F Towing and they sent a wrecker out immediately and hauled him in to Casper. They then drove him around town (truck in tow) until he could find a mechanic that was able to repair the vehicle that night! These people went above and beyond normal business to help my friend get back on the road in a safe and timely manner. Within a short period of time, he was back on the road. They were friendly, professional and exceptionally accommodating - I do not hesitate to highly recommend their services. Thank you E & F Towing - you are the best!
I broke down outside of Casper and I called another place first and spent 10 minutes on hold so I hung up and called these guys. They were very helpful and patient with me not knowing my location. Leif helped get us find a mechanic and get things in the truck that we needed for the hotel he took us to. I would definitely use them again.
Our Motorhome broke down 20 miles out side of Casper, Hartz Towing sent Jeremiah out to tow us in. Jeremiah was very professional and helpful. When he found out our insurance was towing us to Walmart he got on the phone and found us a RV Park to take us to. We would use Hartz again if all his drivers are this professional.
Everyone else wanted to charge me $150 flat to move my storage container that was dropped in a field. Long story short: Alco lost their lease by the airport where my container was located. I had to scramble to find someone with land who'd let my container be located on their property. Alco called CCAN CDK Karst to move it. Alco was supposed to have CDK CCAN call the property owner AND I but did not and CDK CCAN dropped the container in an alkali field where I'd not have had year round access. CCAN CDK would not move it where it should have been dropped for less than $150 and wouldn't make it right. E&F only charged me $75 for what CCAN CDK wouldn't make right or fix (and when I advised I'd leave them poor reviews and file complaints when they tried to charge me full price, CDK said they'd never do business with me again). E&F is the way to go. Everyone else wanted $150. Hal is an honest and fair man, and they've earned my business with any tow here on out. All of the other wreckers wouldn't do it for less than $150. Not one, and I called everyone. Some wanted $500. Not Hal with E&F. This guy is a stand up honest man.
Everyone, from the office to the driver, was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.
They were open on Sunday and came right out and got me off the side of the road and hauled me to backwards mechanic in Casper WY.. then took me to the store and dropped me off at a hotel I was staying..
Thanks for the quick service
I high-centered my jeep on the mountain and they got it out in a timely matter and without any damages:)
They were fast and very polite and reasonable rates
Fast, competent service, at a reasonable price. For a towing company, I can offer no higher praise.
